About Noddie Night
Is Noddie Night a medicine?
Updated October 5, 2026 · Answer by Noddie Night
No. Noddie Night is not a medicine. It is a ready-to-drink herbal dietary supplement made with five traditionally used herbs, natural spring water and vegetable glycerin. Each 8 fl oz bottle holds two 4 fl oz servings. It has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and is not meant to diagnose or address any disease.
Noddie Night is a botanical nightcap, an evening ritual in a bottle. It is made with chamomile, valerian root, skullcap, ashwagandha and blue vervain, and it contains no melatonin, no caffeine and no alcohol.
Because it is a supplement and not a medicine, we do not say it will fix a sleep problem, and we can't promise how any one person will feel. If you have trouble sleeping often, or you worry about your health, please see your doctor.
It is for adults 18+ and is not for use during pregnancy. If you are nursing, taking medication (especially sedatives) or have a medical condition, talk to your doctor first. It may cause drowsiness, so do not drive or operate machinery after use.
