How many calories are in Noddie Night?

Each 4 fl oz serving of Noddie Night has 10 calories, 1 g of sugar and less than 1 g of carbohydrate. An 8 fl oz bottle holds two servings, so a whole bottle has about 20 calories. It has no caffeine, no melatonin and no alcohol.

The numbers come from the Supplement Facts panel for one serving, which is half the bottle, or 4 fl oz (118 mL). If you drink the whole bottle across two nights, the totals double, but you only take one serving at a time.

The ingredients are chamomile, valerian root, skullcap, ashwagandha and blue vervain, with natural spring water and vegetable glycerin. The label also lists it as non-GMO and gluten-free, with no artificial colors or flavors.
