About Noddie Night
Does Noddie Night contain caffeine, alcohol or sugar?
Updated October 5, 2026 · Answer by Noddie Night
Noddie Night has no caffeine and no alcohol. Each 4 fl oz serving has 1 g of sugar, less than 1 g of carbohydrate and 10 calories, and a bottle holds two servings. It is called a nightcap in spirit only. The ingredients are five herbs, natural spring water and vegetable glycerin.
The label lists the full ingredients: chamomile, valerian root, skullcap, ashwagandha and blue vervain, plus natural spring water and vegetable glycerin. There is also no melatonin in it.
The sweetness is light. Noddie Night tastes gently herbal, a little earthy and slightly sweet, and the sugar in a serving is only 1 g.
Because there is no alcohol, you can have it as a calmer alternative to an evening drink. Still, do not combine Noddie Night with alcohol, as the safety notes on the label say.
The Supplement Facts panel and the safety notes are on the product facts page. If you have questions about a specific ingredient, email contact@noddienight.com.
