Who should not drink Noddie Night?

Updated October 5, 2026 · Answer by Noddie Night

Noddie Night is for adults 18+ only and is not for use during pregnancy. If you are nursing, taking medication (especially sedatives) or have a medical condition, talk to your doctor first. Anyone allergic to ragweed, chrysanthemums or related plants should also check with a doctor, because chamomile is in the daisy family.

Noddie Night may cause drowsiness. Do not drive or operate machinery after using it, and do not combine it with alcohol. Keep it out of reach of children.

If you take other sleep products, including melatonin, ask your doctor or pharmacist before combining them. This is the careful way to approach any herbal product, since herbs can interact with medicines.

Noddie Night is a herbal dietary supplement. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and the product is not intended to diagnose or address any disease.

The full safety notes are on the Noddie Night product facts page. If you are unsure whether it is right for you, a short chat with your doctor is the best first step.
