About Noddie Night
Does Noddie Night contain melatonin?
Updated October 5, 2026 · Answer by Noddie Night
No. Noddie Night does not contain melatonin. It is a melatonin-free herbal sleep drink made from five herbs, natural spring water and vegetable glycerin, and each 8 fl oz bottle holds two 4 fl oz servings. If you are already taking melatonin or other sleep products, talk to your doctor or pharmacist before adding anything new.
The five herbs in Noddie Night are chamomile, valerian root, skullcap, ashwagandha and blue vervain. None of the ingredients is melatonin, and the drink has no caffeine and no alcohol either.
People often look for a melatonin-free option because they want to wind down with plants they already know. We can't promise how it will feel for any one person, because everyone is different. It is a herbal dietary supplement, not a medicine.
Noddie Night may cause drowsiness, so do not drive or operate machinery after drinking it. It is for adults 18+ and is not for use during pregnancy. If you are nursing, taking medication (especially sedatives) or have a medical condition, talk to your doctor first.
