About Noddie Night
What ingredients are in Noddie Night?
Updated October 5, 2026 · Answer by Noddie Night
Noddie Night contains five herbs: chamomile, valerian root, skullcap, ashwagandha and blue vervain. The only other ingredients are natural spring water and vegetable glycerin. Each 8 fl oz bottle holds two 4 fl oz servings, and there is no melatonin, no caffeine and no alcohol in it. The full ingredient list is published on the Noddie Night product facts page.
The herbs, with their Latin names, are chamomile (Matricaria recutita), valerian root (Valeriana wallichii), skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora), ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) and blue vervain (Verbena hastata). All five are traditionally used herbs.
The label also lists the drink as non-GMO and gluten-free, vegan friendly, with no artificial colors or flavors.
Chamomile belongs to the daisy family. If you are allergic to ragweed, chrysanthemums or related plants, talk to your doctor before trying it.
The amount of each individual herb is not published on the label, so we don't list it here. If you have a specific question about the formula, email contact@noddienight.com and the team will reply within one business day.
