What is the Noddie Night first-bottle promise?

The Noddie Night first-bottle promise says that if your first order is not for you, you can email billing@noddienight.com within 30 days of delivery and the price of one bottle is refunded. It covers your first order only, one per customer or household. Shipping is not refundable, and nothing needs to be sent back.

In 2026 a single bottle is $12.00, so the promise refunds the price of one bottle even if you ordered a larger pack. It is meant to make a first try low-risk.

To use it, email billing@noddienight.com within 30 days of the day your order is delivered. It is a good idea to include your order number. The team replies within one business day, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm ET.

This is different from damage claims. If anything arrives damaged, wrong or missing, email orders@noddienight.com within 14 days of delivery and it is replaced or refunded in full.
