What if my Noddie Night order arrives damaged?

If your Noddie Night order arrives damaged, email orders@noddienight.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, and a photo if you can. Damaged, wrong or missing items are replaced or refunded in full. The team replies within one business day.

A photo of the bottle and the packaging helps the team see what happened and sort it out quickly. You don't need to send anything back.

Before you drink from a bottle, check the seal. Do not use it if the seal is broken or missing, and let us know right away.

This 14-day damage policy is separate from the first-bottle promise. The first-bottle promise is for people whose first order is not for them, and it works through billing@noddienight.com within 30 days of delivery.

Orders ship from New Jersey and typically leave within 1-2 business days. The refunds page has the full policy, and contact@noddienight.com is there for any other questions.
