What can I drink at night instead of wine to relax?

Updated October 5, 2026 · Answer by Noddie Night

Instead of wine, you could sip a herbal drink with no alcohol, such as warm herbal tea or Noddie Night, a ready-to-drink botanical nightcap with chamomile, valerian root, skullcap, ashwagandha and blue vervain. It has no alcohol, melatonin or caffeine, and one 4 fl oz serving has 10 calories and 1 g of sugar.

A lot of what people enjoy about an evening glass of wine is the ritual: pouring something, sitting down and slowing the day. A nonalcoholic drink can keep that ritual.

Noddie Night is made to be sipped slowly, over ice, neat or gently warmed, 20-30 minutes before bed. Its taste is gently herbal, lightly sweet and a little earthy, not like wine. We can't promise how it will make you feel.

Do not combine Noddie Night with alcohol, and it may cause drowsiness, so do not drive or operate machinery after use. It is for adults 18+ and is not for use during pregnancy. If you are nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition, talk to your doctor first.

In 2026 a bottle with two servings is $12.00 at noddienight.com/#shop.
